The aim of the Maribyrnong College Football Program is to develop a training schedule to assist elite Victorian junior football players in their pathway towards TAC, VFL and AFL representation.
To develop talented young football players through:

To develop young people who can balance sporting and academic performance
The program aims to develop skills within an integrated learning environment. The young players refine technical skills, decision-making skills and game strategies through ball-centred activities and modified games whilst accessing athlete services in Physical preparation, Performance and video analysis, Sports Psychology and Sports Medicine.

Scott Lucas - Level 2 coach and Essendon premiership player. Scott is a two time best and fairest at the Bombers, and brings a wealth of knowledge to our program having played 270 AFL games. He is a current player manager at Phoenix management group.
Andrew Komp - MSA AFL Coach since 2009, Level two AFL coach, former East Perth FC Development Manager/Football Operations
Wilson Berry: Former Western Jets captain and MSA AFL sports academy student/athlete. Current VFL listed player with Essendon.
